"A laptop containing secret data has been stolen from the Ministry of Defence's headquarters, it was disclosed today.
The laptop, with an encryption key for unlocking sensitive files, was taken from the the MoD building on Whitehall in central London in late November".

Bob 'the bungler' Ainsworth blew TWO chances to save couple held by pirates
"Defence Secretary Bob Ainsworth let slip two opportunities to rescue a British couple kidnapped by Somali pirates.
Elite Royal Marine commandos were twice ready to launch a critical assault on the gang who had captured Paul Chandler, 59, and his wife Rachel, 55.
But each time Mr Ainsworth did not order the Royal Marines to move in. Nearly seven weeks later, the couple are still being held for a £4million ransom by the pirates".
When is our beloved PM going to summon up the guts to show this man the door?
Not content with sending our troops to war without the necessary equipment "Bungling Bob" sits on his thumbs and allows two retired British citizens to be kidnapped by Somali pirates.
With the government refusing to allow any payment of a ransom to release them there is a very real danger that they will be killed.
DO THE HONOURABLE THING BOB, EITHER RESIGN OR FALL ON YOUR SWORD.
I hear Tesco are looking for Xmas staff Bob. Surely even you could manage to collect shopping trolleys in Tesco's car park without messing it up?
