"Last week, it was revealed that young mother Vanessa Kelly has been fined £75 by the West Midlands borough of Sandwell for feeding bread to ducks while out with her son in her local park.
In dramatic contrast to the harassment of Ms Kelly is the sick leniency shown to Malaysian immigrant Agnes Wong, who was convicted last year of the savage manslaughter of a toddler she was supposed to be child-minding. having served only 13months of her five-year jail sentence, Wong was released in July and now, incredibly, has been paid £4,500 to return to Malaysia".

Also worth mentioning is the mother of four, all aged under five, who received a slap on the wrist after abandoning them to go on a drug/alcohol binge.
Clearly feeding the ducks is a far more serious offence.
